- 150 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL baking powder
- 1 Prise salt
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 g cream cheese
- 120 g Gouda, grated
- 1 Stück red bell pepper
- 1 Stück yellow bell pepper
- 1 Stück zucchini
- 6 Stück cherry tomatoes
- 100 g corn, from the can
- 1 Bund chives
- 1 Prise salt for the cream
- 1 EL olive oil for brushing
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220 °C top and bottom heat and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl, add water and 2 tbsp olive oil and knead everything for 2 minutes into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Stir crème fraîche, cream cheese and a pinch of salt in a small bowl until creamy.
- Wash the vegetables, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Slice the zucchini thinly, halve the tomatoes and drain the corn. Finely chop the chives.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces, roll each out to about 8 cm in diameter and place them on the baking sheets. Spread each round thinly with the cream cheese mixture and top with pepper, zucchini, tomatoes and corn.
- Sprinkle the rounds with Gouda, brush the edges with a little oil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve sprinkled with chives.
