Ingredients
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 200 g Zucchini
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
- 80 g Fresh goat cheese
- 1 Bund Dill
- 1 EL Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and slice the zucchini into thin half-moons or strips. Finely chop the garlic and rinse the dill, shake it dry and finely chop it.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the zucchini and garlic in it for about 4 minutes, until the zucchini takes on a little color, then season with salt and pepper.
- Briefly whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour them over the zucchini into the pan.
- Over low to medium heat, let the eggs set while gently stirring with a spatula, until they are still slightly creamy. Remove the pan from the heat; the residual heat will finish cooking them.
- Fold the goat cheese in pieces into the eggs, sprinkle with the dill and serve immediately.
