- 1 Stück Ripe mango
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 1 Stück Lime
- 1 Stück Avocado
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 100 g Romaine lettuce

Method
- Rinse the lentils in a sieve. Bring them to a boil with 400 ml water in a pot and cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes until soft, until the water is almost absorbed.
- Crumble the tofu finely with your hands. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the onion and garlic in it for 3 minutes until translucent.
- Add the tofu, cumin and smoked paprika and fry for 6 to 8 minutes until the tofu is golden brown. Stir in the tomato paste and toast for 1 minute more.
- Fold in the cooked lentils, season with salt and pepper, and keep warm.
- Dice the mango and tomatoes. Mix with the juice of the lime, chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to make a salsa.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit and slice it. Wash the romaine lettuce and cut it into strips.
- Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan according to the package instructions. Top with the tofu-lentil mixture, lettuce, avocado and salsa, and serve immediately.
