Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 300 g Plain yogurt
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Stück Red bell pepper
- 1 Stück Yellow bell pepper
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Dose Pineapple chunks from a can
- 1 TL Honey
- 1 Bund Chives
- 12 Stück Wooden skewers
Method
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes so they don't burn in the oven. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat.
- Cut the chicken into cubes of about 3 cm. Mix 150 g yogurt with olive oil, sweet paprika powder, salt and pepper, toss the meat in it and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into pieces of about 3 cm. Drain the pineapple chunks.
- Thread the chicken, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and pineapple alternately onto the wooden skewers and place them side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake the skewers for 15 to 18 minutes, until the meat is cooked through (core temperature 74 °C) and the edges are lightly browned.
- For the dip, mix the remaining yogurt with honey and finely chopped chives and season with a pinch of salt.
- Serve the skewers warm with the chive dip.
