Ingredients
- 250 g Beef mince
- 2 Stück Zucchini
- 1 Stück Red bell pepper
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
- 1 Dose Chopped tomatoes
- 80 g Feta
- 1 TL Oregano, dried
- 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Bund Parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Method
- Peel the onion and garlic and finely dice them. Wash the zucchini and bell pepper, cut the zucchini into slices or half-moons, deseed the bell pepper and cut it into cubes. Chop the parsley.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium to high heat. Fry the mince in it, stirring, for about 5 minutes until crumbly and golden brown, season with salt and pepper, and remove from the pan.
- Sweat the onion and garlic in the remaining fat for about 2 minutes until translucent. Add the zucchini and bell pepper and fry for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Return the mince to the pan, season with oregano and paprika powder, pour in the chopped tomatoes and simmer everything for about 8 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Crumble the feta over the top, fold in or sprinkle the parsley over it, and serve immediately.
