Mummy Wraps with Ham and Cream Cheese for Halloween

Ingredients

  • 2 pc Wheat tortillas
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 80 g Cooked ham
  • 100 g English cucumber
  • 1 pc Tomato
  • 12 pc Black olives, pitted
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and slice into thin sticks. Wash the tomato and dice it finely.
  2. Drain the olives and slice off one slice per olive so they can serve as eyes.
  3. Spread the tortillas out on a clean work surface. Spread the cream cheese evenly over them and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the cooked ham into strips and distribute it together with the cucumber sticks and diced tomato over the lower half of the tortillas.
  5. Roll the tortillas up tightly. Pipe or spread thin strips of the remaining cream cheese across the rolls so they look like mummy bandages.
  6. Cut the rolls diagonally in half and place the olive eyes on the wraps with a little cream cheese. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
