Ingredients
- 500 g Low-fat quark
- 200 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 250 g Strawberries
- 150 g Blueberries
- 2 pc Kiwi
- 1 pc Banana
- 80 g Rolled oats
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Method
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the oats and 1 tbsp sugar, and toast them, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Then let them cool on a plate.
- Stir the quark, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and the remaining 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl with a whisk or spoon until smooth and creamy.
- Wash, hull and cut the strawberries into pieces. Rinse the blueberries and let them drain. Peel and dice the kiwis, slice the banana and toss it with the lemon juice so it doesn't brown.
- Divide half of the quark cream among four glasses or cups, then layer some fruit and oat crumble on top. Cover with the remaining cream and garnish with fruit and oat crumble.
- Keep the cups covered in the fridge until serving; the oat crumble stays crunchiest if it is added on top just before serving.
